VYAS is fundraising for a new culture revitalization project in our Vancouver's own Chinatown: supporting unique arts and cultural areas tourists might overlook, including Chinatown’s historical centre of architecture, arts, history, fashion, and cuisine!
What it is
Vancouver’s Chinatown is one of the oldest and most vibrant in the Western world, and deserves to be showcased as a major jewel in Vancouver’s crown. This neighbourhood has been established for more than one hundred years, and its remarkable history epitomizes the vivid lives and inspiring experiences of the Chinese community.
Our fundraisers and events will be held towards supporting this rich community, its long lasting arts and culture. We will be providing opportunities for young artists to join us on our journey. Stay tuned for more information!
